Job Description

The Commercial Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the operational success of our commercial customers remarketing initiatives. This position is responsible for managing commercial inventory, facilitating reconditioning recommendations, serving as the primary liaison for commercial account representatives, and coordinating account-level communications and reporting.

Job Responsibility

  • Support commercial inventory flow and accuracy within the remarketing center
  • Review vehicle condition reports and propose appropriate reconditioning recommendations to consignors
  • Act as the point of contact for commercial representatives regarding account-specific scorecards, performance metrics, and operational updates
  • Collaborate with the internal Commercial Operations team to deliver consistent, timely, and accurate reporting at the account level
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and recon departments to align on commercial account objectives and service levels
  • Overseeing the operation/flow of vehicles from transport assignment, check-in to body, keys, mechanic and detail
  • Monitor all Fleet Lease/commercial accounts and work with other auction manager/s to ensure compliance with client requirements and objectives
  • Serve as the AutoIMS and commercial AMS expert for the location
  • Process and monitor all Fleet/Lease related transactions
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the entire auction process
  • Partner with operations to ensure completion of work on customers vehicle
  • Monitors metrics on a frequent basis to assure achievement of departmental goals

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or automotive operations preferred
  • Strong understanding of auto remarketing processes and commercial vehicle lifecycle is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • experience with inventory management or CRM systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around a vehicle lot
  • On-site position
  • Full-time hours with occasional extended hours based on business need
