Job Description

Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Contracts Specialist to support a growing volume of customer agreements within the healthcare space. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a mid-to-senior level contracts professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment and managing complex commercial agreements.

Job Responsibility

  • Draft, review, revise, and summarize commercial customer agreements
  • Ensure contracts align with approved playbooks, pricing programs, and internal guidelines
  • Review and manage standard commercial contracts, including purchase agreements
  • Work with agreements on both company and customer paper
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, sales, and business stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Escalate non-standard language or contract risks to legal when necessary
  • Maintain organized contract records, amendments, renewals, and version control
  • Support contract execution related to newly acquired and upcoming healthcare products
  • Utilize the Model N contracting tool to manage contract workflows and documentation

Requirements

  • Mid-to-senior level experience supporting commercial contracts
  • Experience working with customer contracts in the healthcare industry is required
  • Clinic or hospital contracting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with standard commercial agreements and purchase agreements
  • Familiarity with healthcare contracting, reimbursement terminology, and compliance standards is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written communication and contract review capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
