Job Description:

This is an application to join a candidate database for paralegal opportunities. Successful candidates will be matched with paralegal roles at various law firms and organizations, including boutique firms, US and international law firms, in-house teams at banks, financial institutions, media and entertainment companies, and multinational organizations in tech, travel & tourism, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, etc. Opportunities range from short-term roles to permanent positions.

Job Responsibility:

Reviewing and drafting a variety of commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDA's and supplier agreements
Working on commercial law and commercial contracts matters

Requirements:

Law degree or equivalent (LLB/GDL or SQE1) is beneficial
Minimum 12 months of previous paralegal experience covering commercial law and commercial contracts
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrate strong attention to detail
Technologically proficient
Capable of working on your own as well as part of a team
Confident with good emotional intelligence
Able to demonstrate commercial acumen
Proactive, curious and entrepreneurial
Experience in reviewing and drafting a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to service agreements, NDA's and supplier agreements

Nice to have:

Law degree or equivalent (LLB/GDL or SQE1)
