Job Responsibility

  • Maintain detailed records and oversee contract data in the Conga contract management system
  • Communicate with clients regarding contract statuses and required documentation, offering clear and timely responses
  • Identify and escalate non-standard contract terms to internal stakeholders, ensuring proper resolution
  • Collaborate with legal and business teams to ensure contracts meet compliance and company policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in drafting, processing, and managing contracts in a detail-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with contract management software, with a preference for Conga
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and contracts simultaneously
  • Solid communication skills to handle client interactions and internal collaborations
  • Knowledge of contract law and procedures is an advantage, though not mandatory
