We are seeking an experienced commercial contracts professional to support the Commercial Client Partner in managing customer contracts across their full lifecycle. This role focuses on ensuring contractual obligations are delivered with clarity of scope, strong commercial governance, and effective risk management. The individual will play a key role in contract mobilisation, in-life performance management, contractual change control, and commercial support for new or renewal services, while contributing to forecasting, account planning, and customer governance activities.
Job Responsibility
Manage and execute commercial and contractual obligations throughout the contract lifecycle
Lead commercial risk and compliance management, ensuring adherence to contractual terms
Partner closely with the Commercial Client Partner to shape commercial strategy and support contract closure for new and renewal services
Lead contractual change management, in-life governance, and commercial transactions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract and account documentation
Produce executive-level briefings on commercial performance, risks, and opportunities
Support revenue tracking, forecasting, and account planning activities, including P&L inputs
Act as an escalation point for post-signature commercial issues, engaging senior stakeholders with clear analysis and recommendations
Build trusted relationships with customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders across Service Towers and Go-To-Market teams to improve profitability and customer outcomes
Requirements
An experienced commercial contracts professional with strong post-contract management expertise and analytical capability
Skilled in leading contractual negotiations, defining negotiation strategies, and delivering successful outcomes
Knowledgeable in contract change management, commercial operations, and project management practices
Commercially astute with sound contractual awareness and accounting knowledge
A confident relationship builder, able to communicate clearly and credibly with senior customers and internal stakeholders
Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex environments and navigating ambiguity with a proactive mindset
Experienced in telecommunications, outsourcing, system integration, or professional services environments (desirable)
Holds a relevant professional qualification or MBA (desirable), with advanced MS Office and data analysis skills
