Job Description

We are seeking an experienced commercial contracts professional to support account leadership in managing complex commercial relationships and contract portfolios for strategic operating company and external customers in India. This customer-facing role focuses on end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including new and renewal services, complex deal mobilisation, and in-life commercial performance. The role partners closely with Commercial Client Partners and Portfolio Leads, ensuring contractual obligations are delivered with clear scope, strong governance, controlled risk, and effective change management, while driving value through revenue growth, cost optimisation, and margin improvement.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute all commercial and contractual obligations across the full contract lifecycle, with post-contract P&L responsibility covering revenue, margin, cost, risk, and compliance
  • Partner with Commercial Client Partners and Customer Account Leads to shape commercial strategy and support contract closure for new and renewal services
  • Act as strategic commercial advisor, producing executive-level briefings on performance, risks, and opportunities to grow value and differentiate from competitors
  • Lead contractual change management, in-life governance, and complex commercial transactions
  • Maintain rolling P&L forecasts and deliver detailed commercial analysis and ad-hoc reporting based on stakeholder needs
  • Support revenue tracking, account planning, and forecasting across managed customer portfolios
  • Act as escalation point for post-signature commercial issues, managing senior stakeholders through clear analysis and recommendations
  • Build trusted customer relationships and collaborate with senior leaders across Service Towers and Go-To-Market teams to maximize account profitability
