Commercial construction specialist

• Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment, and ensure they are stored safely
• Demolition: Perform demolition work, such as dismantling structures and removing old materials
• Framing: Help with framing tasks, including installing walls, roofs, and floors, and ensuring they are plumb and level
• Carpentry: Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring and cutting
• Safety: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
• Equipment Operation: Operate construction equipment, such as power tools, forklifts, and small machinery, with proper training and certification
• Clean-Up: Keep the construction site clean and organized by disposing of waste and debris and maintaining tools and equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• OSHA certification or safety training is a plus
• Valid driver's license (if required for the position)
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime
• Adherence to all local, state, and federal safety regulations
