The Media Operations & Compliance role is critical in landing all retail media activity in stores and future proofing our processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Create and implement processes to improve retail media compliance in stores and across the digital media network
  • Be the product owner for retail media systems including the scheduling system and CMS
  • Constantly review developments required on these systems to improve how we operate and improve retail media compliance
  • Manage the development requirements for retail media systems by collating and scoping developments with the wider team and prioritise where needed including any short-term bug issues
  • Continuously review future developments in tech in this space that supports our growth strategy in retail media
  • Spend time in stores supporting the delivery of campaign activations and implementation of any new media assets and materials
  • Will create engagement material for our store teams to ensure all activations land right first time
  • Create new processes to monitor and report compliance to ensure we are continuously improving
  • Support the buying and media team by creating supplier facing documents sharing proof of execution
  • Create RACI documents to ensure a future proof process for all media operations and activations
  • Be the point of escalation for all compliance issues in stores and any supplier mitigation needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an operational role preferred
  • Excellent organization and planning skills, including strong Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communicator, with an ability to influence at all levels of the business
  • A self-starter, with the initiative to drive improvement and change without prompt
  • A team player who can self-manage, but is willing and able to support colleagues and share best practice
  • Proven experience of prioritization and managing ambiguity required
  • Experience of managing high profile, time critical projects
  • Good level of analytical experience, and commercial acumen
