With a rapidly expanding commercial division, they are seeking a driven Commercial Client Executive to join their team and contribute to the continued success of the organization. Job Responsibility:

  • Generate new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
  • Build and grow a personal portfolio of mid-to-large commercial clients
  • Conduct discovery meetings, assess client needs, and deliver tailored insurance solutions
  • Collaborate with internal underwriting, marketing, and support teams to prepare submissions and place business
  • Maintain strong client relationships focused on long-term retention and growth
  • Participate in ongoing performance meetings, sales coaching, and production planning
  • Uphold high professional standards, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery

Requirements:

  • RIBO license required
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance sales/production experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance markets and carrier appetites
  • Track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating in a results-driven environment

Nice to have:

Existing book of business is an asset but not mandatory
