Job Description

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds. In search of a commercial cleaner to clean evenings 3 days a week in the World Golf Village Area of St. Augustine. Monday, Wednesday, Friday Evenings about 2 hours a night. This will total on average 6 hours a week.

Job Responsibility

Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform

Requirements

Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job
Must be dependable and on time
Must treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
