Job Description

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds. This is a position inside of a warehouse. This will total on average 24 hours a week. Payroll cycle is every two weeks.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
  • Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Daily tasks will be collecting and taking out trash, using a blower to blow out the garage area, using a ride on auto scrubber, using a burnisher for floors inside

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
  • The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
  • Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
  • Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect

Nice to have

Floor care experience is preferred

  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
  • Attend all regular staff meetings and required in-service training sessions
  • Follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
