Job Description

We have three Commercial Cleaner roles available at our Support Office in Burnside. The shifts will be 2.5 hours per day, five days a week – from 5pm, start times to be confirmed, working in a team of 2. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will deliver high-quality cleaning across Farmlands’ facilities, ensuring our site is clean, safe and well-presented. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day operations and maintaining a positive environment for team members.

Job Responsibility

  • Carrying out cleaning across designated areas, including offices, kitchens, bathrooms and shared spaces
  • Completing routine cleaning, inspections and reporting to maintain consistent standards
  • Safely using and storing cleaning equipment, chemicals and PPE in line with Health and Safety requirements
  • Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies and reporting any maintenance or repair needs
  • Supporting site readiness for audits, busy periods and day-to-day operations by maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial or facilities cleaning, or a similar hands-on environment would be advantageous
  • Understanding of cleaning methods, products and safe chemical handling practices
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and maintain high standards
  • Reliability and the ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine pride in your work
