Our client is one of the UK’s premier commercial catering and refrigeration equipment suppliers, installers, and service providers. Serving a range of partners, from the hottest new restaurants to well-known names in high street catering outlets! They are passionate about working in a busy and demanding industry to support nationwide catering services.

Job Responsibility

  • support customers with installation, planned maintenance, and service repair of commercial catering equipment
  • working to customer service levels, ensuring food service equipment is repaired and returned to service as quickly as possible
  • provide technical diagnostics, fault finding, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs to customers

Requirements

  • COMCAT 1, 3 & 5 qualifications
  • extensive commercial catering equipment servicing and repair experience
  • electrical and F-Gas qualifications would be advantageous but not essential
  • confident self-starter with a positive 'can do' attitude
