We are seeking an influential and engaging Commercial Cards Client Service Group Manager to lead our Program Administrator Service Team and champion client resolution and support activities across North America. This dual role demands a visionary who can seamlessly blend strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to drive exceptional client experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Leadership & Team Empowerment:Spearhead the management of multiple teams, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional growth. You'll be instrumental in evaluating performance, recognizing achievements, and implementing development plans, including performance management, compensation adjustments, and career advancement opportunities
  • Visionary Partnership & Influence:Engage in high-level strategic planning sessions with senior leaders across CitiService, Client Executives, Banking, Product, and other key relationship management teams. Your insights will directly shape the future direction of our client service offerings
  • Accountable for Excellence:Own the end-to-end results of your functional area, meticulously tracking Key Performance Metrics against ambitious goals. You will expertly manage resources, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and spearhead the development and adherence to robust control frameworks
  • Forward-Thinking Strategy:Drive short-to-medium term strategic planning for your function and cluster, adeptly navigating complex and highly variable challenges with significant potential impact. Your decisions will drive efficiency and enhance our competitive edge

Requirements

  • Proven Senior Leadership (10+ years): A distinguished track record of at least a decade in senior leadership roles, demonstrating consistent success in managing and inspiring teams within a demanding environment
  • Exceptional Communication & Influence: Consistently articulate clear and concise messages, both written and verbal, with a profound ability to influence and persuade diverse stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic Acumen & Problem Solving: A natural strategic problem solver who can incisively identify risks, diagnose root causes, and understand their broader impact. You excel at defining tactical solutions that address immediate concerns while concurrently building strategic, long-term resolutions
  • Master Negotiator: Demonstrated superior negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to deliver challenging messages with firmness and clarity, while maintaining productive relationships
  • Accountable & Results-Oriented: A demonstrated history of leadership with clear accountability for driving significant results and achieving demanding deliverables
  • Complex Decision-Making: Consistently exhibit strategic thinking and an innate ability to make complex, high-impact decisions under pressure
