Job Description

As our Commercial Card Manager, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for driving the growth of a complex B2B portfolio while overseeing the end-to-end delivery of high-impact payment projects. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, requiring a mix of product expertise, proactive risk management, and stakeholder influence to deliver seamless supplier enablement solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive the expansion of the B2B product suite through targeted sales strategies, competitive pricing, and data-driven account maintenance
  • Lead multi-workstream programs from inception to delivery, ensuring complex B2B initiatives stay on schedule and meet performance benchmarks
  • Proactively identify project bottlenecks and risks, developing creative solutions to maintain timelines without sacrificing quality
  • Serve as the bridge between cross-functional teams and clients, providing clear reporting on scope, budgets, and progress
  • Bring fresh industry perspectives and technical expertise to help shape the future of our commercial card offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or Advanced Degree preferred
  • 5+ years in B2B Payments, with a specific focus on Commercial Cards or Supplier Enablement
  • Mastery of project management frameworks and analytical tools
  • Deep understanding of B2B Supplier Enablement or Commercial Card products
  • Led large-scale, cross-functional projects in multicultural environments
  • Well-versed in project and change management techniques (PMP or similar accreditation is a major plus)
  • Can translate complex data into concise, “C-suite ready” presentations and perform rigorous cost/benefit/risk analyses
  • Experience working across different geographies and time zones is highly valued

  • Ensure product compliance with regulatory, network, and internal risk standards, including fraud prevention and controls
