As our Commercial Card Manager, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for driving the growth of a complex B2B portfolio while overseeing the end-to-end delivery of high-impact payment projects. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, requiring a mix of product expertise, proactive risk management, and stakeholder influence to deliver seamless supplier enablement solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Drive the expansion of the B2B product suite through targeted sales strategies, competitive pricing, and data-driven account maintenance
Lead multi-workstream programs from inception to delivery, ensuring complex B2B initiatives stay on schedule and meet performance benchmarks
Proactively identify project bottlenecks and risks, developing creative solutions to maintain timelines without sacrificing quality
Serve as the bridge between cross-functional teams and clients, providing clear reporting on scope, budgets, and progress
Bring fresh industry perspectives and technical expertise to help shape the future of our commercial card offerings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
MBA or Advanced Degree preferred
5+ years in B2B Payments, with a specific focus on Commercial Cards or Supplier Enablement
Mastery of project management frameworks and analytical tools
Deep understanding of B2B Supplier Enablement or Commercial Card products
Led large-scale, cross-functional projects in multicultural environments
Well-versed in project and change management techniques (PMP or similar accreditation is a major plus)
Can translate complex data into concise, “C-suite ready” presentations and perform rigorous cost/benefit/risk analyses
Experience working across different geographies and time zones is highly valued
