Job Description:

We’re looking for a Commercial Business Partner to support the delivery of commercial strategy across a region of hotels. This is a field-based, part-time role (3 days per week), working closely with our Director of Commercial to drive performance and build capability across the region. This role is designed as a development pathway into a future Director of Commercial position.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner closely with the Director of Commercial to support the planning and execution of regional commercial strategy
  • Influence General Managers, hotel-based commercial teams and owners
  • Use data to identify opportunities and risks, analysing performance trends and supporting the creation of clear, actionable plans
  • Review and interpret P&Ls, contribute to budgeting and forecasting activity
  • Ensure commercial plans are aligned to wider business objectives
  • Play a key role in building capability on property, coaching and guiding hotel teams

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of the key commercial drivers within hotels, with particular strength in revenue, and a broader awareness of sales, marketing and distribution
  • Good understanding of how hotels operate day-to-day
  • Confident working with data, able to analyse and interpret P&Ls, spot trends and turn insight into clear recommendations
  • Comfortable influencing and coaching senior stakeholders
  • Ambition and potential to grow into a broader leadership role
  • Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a field-based role
