Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to step into a truly global commercial role, partnering closely with our Europe region to drive performance, profitability, and better decision-making. Based in our Warwick, UK office, you’ll support our European business while working closely with, and reporting to, our GM Commercial based in Hamilton, New Zealand, giving you exposure to both regional and global leadership. As the Commercial Business Partner for Europe, you’ll play a key role in shaping commercial outcomes across the Security Business Unit. Sitting at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, you’ll deliver actionable insights that enable high-quality decisions and long-term growth. You’ll be heavily involved in pricing strategy, new product pricing, and commercial models, helping the business understand where value is created and how to maximise it. While your primary focus is Europe, you’ll also have the opportunity to support other regions as the business evolves.

  • Partner with regional leaders to drive commercial performance and profitability
