This is a rare opportunity to step into a truly global commercial role, partnering closely with our Europe region to drive performance, profitability, and better decision-making. Based in our Warwick, UK office, you’ll support our European business while working closely with, and reporting to, our GM Commercial based in Hamilton, New Zealand, giving you exposure to both regional and global leadership. As the Commercial Business Partner for Europe, you’ll play a key role in shaping commercial outcomes across the Security Business Unit. Sitting at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, you’ll deliver actionable insights that enable high-quality decisions and long-term growth. You’ll be heavily involved in pricing strategy, new product pricing, and commercial models, helping the business understand where value is created and how to maximise it. While your primary focus is Europe, you’ll also have the opportunity to support other regions as the business evolves.
Job Responsibility
Partner with regional leaders to drive commercial performance and profitability
Deliver insights, modelling, and analysis to support high-quality decision-making
Support pricing strategy, including new product pricing and commercial frameworks
Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
Track and analyse key commercial metrics, identifying risks and opportunities
Strengthen business case development and governance across the region
Build strong cross-functional relationships across sales, product, marketing, and global teams
Requirements
Experience in commercial finance, business partnering, or a similar role
Strong analytical capability and experience working with complex data
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and support strategic decisions
Experience with pricing, business cases, or financial planning
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting or similar
