We’re seeking a driven sales leader with a passion for business growth and cultivating strong client relationships to join our team as a Commercial Business Development Representative. In this role, you’ll spearhead revenue growth by selling our comprehensive suite of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical management services and products to new commercial clients. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, consistently exceeding sales targets, and upholding our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Job Responsibility:
Proactively identify and target high-potential commercial prospects to cultivate new business opportunities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure new accounts and expand our market share within the commercial sector
Employ a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and present tailored solutions that deliver exceptional value
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at commercial clients
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the company
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify new avenues for growth
Utilize CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) to effectively manage sales activities, track progress, and maintain accurate records
Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery, client satisfaction, and successful project outcomes
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-10 years of proven success in selling HVAC, plumbing, or electrical solutions to commercial clients
Deep understanding of the commercial sales cycle, procurement processes, and key decision-makers
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, with established industry connections
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets using B2B sales methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
Ability to acquire knowledge of our technical services and products
A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and a demonstrated ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have the ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
Ability to work in various environments, including rooftops and crawl spaces, with appropriate PPE
