As a Commercial Business Development Representative at Checkr, you will support the Commercial sales team by generating sales pipeline through strategic prospecting efforts and account research. You will play a vital role in creating outbound business pipeline as a foundation for closed-won business and contribute millions to the annual sales pipeline.
Job Responsibility:
Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, calling and emailing
Create account penetration plan for book of business
Balance inbound engagements or marketing-generated leads using effective time management
Demonstrate knowledge of Checkr solutions and value propositions
Research prospects and add details to CRM
Maintain and improve CRM data quality
Multitask and prioritize account lists
Requirements:

Experience in outbound sales development role preferred
