We are recruiting three Commercial Business Administration Interns to support our Commercial Sales and Finance teams. This structured internship provides hands-on experience across commercial administration, finance processes, and stakeholder communication, offering a strong foundation for a career in commercial sales or finance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Processing and matching supplier invoices
  • Managing subcontractor invoices and payment notices
  • Goods receipting
  • Supplier and subcontractor statement reconciliations
  • Responding to supplier and subcontractor queries via phone and email
  • Liaising with project, site, and sales teams to resolve queries
  • Processing and coding overhead invoices
  • Supporting the UK and EU Sales teams with dealer invoices
  • Posting payment applications on the Corporate BPM system
  • Preparing KPI and reporting packs
  • General ad hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C / 4–9 or above)
  • 3 A Levels, including Maths, English, or Business (Grades A*–C)
