Job Description:

10-week summer internship program in Commercial Banking providing undergraduate students with hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to Wells Fargo's operations, business strategies, and culture. Includes induction week, on-the-job experience, professional support, virtual speaker series, and organized networking activities.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in formal internship program activities, workshops, and initiatives
Complete assignments related to low-to-medium complex tasks and deliverables
Conduct research and financial analysis to assess client needs
Partner with relationship managers, product specialists, and credit underwriters to support business efforts
Receive direction from manager and exercise independent judgment
Prioritize work, apply attention to detail, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2026 or May/June 2027
6+ months of work experience or equivalent through work, training, military experience, or education
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Nice to have:

Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad programs, leadership positions, or non-profit involvement
Proven ability to work effectively and independently in a collaborative, change-driven atmosphere
Demonstrated knowledge, interest and/or experience in finance, accounting, and sales
