Job Description:

You'll be an expert in delivering value, providing advice on banking products, and promoting digital banking services.

Job Responsibility:

Managing communication between banks and their clients
providing personalized and relevant advice on a wide range of banking products
handling complex tasks
promoting digital banking services
building portfolios of satisfied accounts
supporting business processes such as customer service and KYC analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or a relevant equivalent
entry level to 3 years relevant experience
experience with Microsoft Office tools
Dutch & French (required), English desirable
