Managing communication between banks and their clients is what our Commercial Advisors do best. You’ll be an expert in how financial institutions deliver value, providing personalized and relevant advice on a wide range of banking products. You’ll be cordial and deliver top-tier service to both internal and external clients. No one understands the needs and wants of banking customers better. You’ll be able to identify their needs and offer suitable financial solutions with ease. Handling complex tasks without difficulty is crucial so you can promote digital banking services, hit deadlines, and build a portfolio of satisfied accounts. Officers at Sopra Steria take charge in several diverse roles. Your main focus is providing excellent customer service and support of the highest quality. As an officer, you’ll work across fields, such as business support and KYC analysis, always putting seamless collaboration first. You’ll take a proactive approach to solving problems and optimising processes – creating a customer-first experience that simultaneously supports Sopra Steria’s growth.
