Job Description:

Fraser River Paint & Body Ltd. is seeking a skilled Commercial Autobody Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and restoring commercial vehicles to pre-accident condition, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform auto body repairs on commercial vehicles, including trucks and fleet vehicles
  • Assess vehicle damage and perform reinspects
  • Repair or replace damaged panels, frames, and structural components
  • Conduct welding, sanding, and priming tasks as needed
  • Work with paint preparation teams to ensure proper refinishing
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Red Seal Certificate or relevant experience in Auto body and Collision Repair
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial auto body repair
  • Proficiency in using repair tools and equipment
  • Strong understanding of vehicle repair techniques and safety standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have own tools
