Commercial Attorney

Miro is seeking a pragmatic and business-oriented Commercial Attorney to join our global Legal team. This role will support procurement (vendor-facing) contracting (approximately 80%), sales (customer-facing) (approximately 10%) and commercial marketing (approximately 10%). The ideal candidate will be experienced in SaaS, technology and marketing transactions, and be comfortable navigating issues related to AI-enabled products, data privacy, and security. You will provide legal advice and counsel in support of business activities and transactions. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate deal velocity while managing risk. You will play a key role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements that enable Miro’s continued growth and scalability as a leading cloud collaboration platform. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where collaboration and efficiency are key.
