Job Description:

You’ll be the driving force behind Encord’s future growth, owning the top of the funnel and helping convert opportunities into revenue. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll master outbound strategy, develop a deep understanding of our product and customers, and play a key role in how we scale our GTM engine.

Job Responsibility:

  • Pipeline Generation: strategically identify, research, and engage high-potential prospects across priority verticals and regions
  • own multi-channel outreach
  • craft messaging that resonates with technical and commercial buyers
  • consistently create high-quality opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline
  • work closely with Growth and Sales to test campaigns, refine targeting, and set the standard for excellence in outbound execution
  • Mid-Funnel Support: partner with Account Executives to progress opportunities through evaluation
  • help shape business cases
  • coordinate follow-ups
  • support demos and trials
  • ensure prospects have a seamless experience from first contact through to close
  • gain exposure to full-funnel deal cycles and learn how to manage complex enterprise sales motions

Requirements:

  • up to a year of experience in B2B SaaS
  • some exposure to outbound prospecting, lead qualification, or client engagement
  • strong communication and organisation skills
  • may come from a demanding field such as consulting, finance, or research
  • demonstrated resilience, commercial thinking, and ability to perform under pressure
  • highly talented graduates looking for their first role are also open
  • shown drive and determination through internships, part-time work, sport, or leadership in societies and extracurricular activities
