Job Description:

This Citi Commercial Bank Associate role is to support the Venture Capital strategy and Venture Capital Coverage Bankers within the US Commercial Bank at Citi. The Associate role is part of the Citi Commercial Bank program which receives a foundation of knowledge and training required to contribute as a valuable resource in Citi.

Job Responsibility:

Company Research and Industry Analysis
Analyzing Financial Data and Financial Modeling
Collaborating with Partners
Project Coordination
Assess and mitigate risks in business decisions
Ensure compliance with laws, rules, regulations
Prospecting Support
Development of Presentations and Reports to support strategy

Requirements:

2 years' work experience credit or commercial banking experience
Strong background in Business development
Understanding of Venture Capital sector
Relationship & Pipeline management experience
FINRA licensing SIE, 63 and 79 required or due within 150 days of hire
Experience with Salesforce, Pitchbook, FactSet a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
