Commercial Assistant

• Undertaking cost value analyst for all aspects of the works including Reactive and Schemes
• Performing risk, value management and cost control activities for the benefit of the contract
• Managing the change control process, capturing, notifying, valuing and agreeing variations and contractual claims
• Providing advice on the procurement strategy to include cost value analyst and procurement of sub-contractors
• Valuing work within various management software and arranging invoice and payment application to clients and payments to sub-contractors
• Proactively managing cashflow with WIP and debt monitoring, including proactive cash collection ensuring prompt payment
• Analysing cost trends and identifying cost savings in support of the contract

• Strong administrative skills
• Competent in the full Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong eye for detail
• Excellent organisational skills
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
• Must be able to drive and possess a full UK driving licence
