Job Description

Ringway is looking for a proactive and organised Commercial Assistant to join our South West team based in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator who is looking to build a long-term career within a commercial or quantity surveying environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Providing general administrative support across the depot
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting client reporting
  • Assisting in the preparation of applications for payment and invoices
  • Supporting measurement and valuation processes
  • Working closely with the commercial team (QSs and Assistant QSs)
  • Preparing subcontractor payment notices and tracking works
  • Supporting operational managers with financial and commercial tasks
