Join us as a Commercial Assistant in Burton on Trent! As our Commercial Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the UK Commercial Team and Regional Finance Business Partner. You’ll ensure data accuracy, smooth commercial processes, timely reporting and high‑quality insights that help guide business decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their commercial or finance career who is analytical, curious, proactive and eager to learn.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate data in SAP and other ERP systems
  • Approve purchase requisitions and code/approve travel invoices
  • Support commercial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial cycles
  • Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies and support payment processes
  • Prepare month‑end journals and contribute to regional financial consolidation
  • Produce sales, margin and performance reports using SAP, AFO and Power BI
  • Provide general administrative support to the commercial and finance teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
