Job Description:

The ideal candidate has a technical background and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the renewable energy sector. The selected professional will join the Asset Management team and report to the Head of Asset Management.

Job Responsibility:

Provide commercial and administrative asset management services
Manage relationship with with TSO and DSO and public administrations
Manage PPA/GO contracts and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
Oversee contractual documentation management
Support commercial negotiations for industrial service contracts
Prepare and update technical-administrative documentation for the relevant facilities
Map insurance policies and related costs
Map land lease costs and contracts, and support the Administration team in managing payments
Calculate contract values using applicable indexation formulas
Prepare internal and external reports

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and autonomy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Fluent in Italian and English
