Job Responsibility:
Independent management of a regional contract and real estate portfolio
Comprehensive support throughout the contract lifecycle: analysis, evaluation and strategic development to optimally exploit value creation potential
Development and implementation of object-specific strategies for location optimization
Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify trends and opportunities
Preparation of decision-making documents for the management and the group board (e.g. contract extensions)
Create and continuously optimize business analyses, business plans and target/actual analyses
Coordination of internal specialist departments as well as external service providers and partners
Active participation in the design of CapEx, conversion and maintenance measures
Contact person for key accounts, contractual partners and investors
Requirements:
Successfully completed studies in the field of real estate management, business administration or a comparable qualification (e.g. real estate economist, real estate specialist)
Several years of professional experience in asset management, ideally in a commercial environment
Sound knowledge of the German real estate market and commercial tenancy law
Strong analytical skills, coupled with a solution-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
Confident demeanor, negotiation skills and strong presentation skills
Structured and independent work style with strong implementation skills
Enjoyment of open communication, teamwork and collaborative exchange
Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint), good English skills
Willingness to travel
