Job Description:

The key objective of this role is to provide well-founded and detailed commercial and rural valuation reports for our range of clients. The opportunity will provide the chance to not only work in the commercial sector of several major regional cities and towns but to be developed in the field of horticultural valuations, vineyards, dairy farms, cropping properties both dry land and intensively irrigated, beef and sheep properties.

Job Responsibility:

  • Attend property/site inspections, prepare research and sales evidence and prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports
  • Research current market activity and analyse comparable sales and leasing data for use in the preparation of valuations and market monitoring
  • Exercise the highest level of risk management and professional conduct
  • Build effective business relationships with staff and clients
  • Adhere to quality reporting standards and audit processes
  • Utilise mobile technology for field inspections
  • Maintain all required professional memberships and registrations including required CPD

Nice to have:

Preferably with an interest in agriculture and with rural property valuation experience or are enthusiastic and willing to develop experience in the field of agricultural valuations
