Compass Associates are delighted to be partnering with an established and growing Elderly Care provider in the search for an experienced Commercial & Finance Director. This is a newly created executive position offering the opportunity to play a key role in the next phase of the organisation's growth. Working closely with the Board and senior leadership team, you will provide strategic commercial and financial leadership whilst supporting operational performance across a portfolio of care homes. The successful candidate will lead the finance function, oversee commercial performance and support future expansion through acquisitions and organic growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious executive looking to make a genuine impact within a growing organisation with a strong leadership background.

Requirements

  • Significant senior leadership experience across Social Care sector
  • Demonstrable experience supporting the growth of social care portfolios through operational improvement, acquisitions or business expansion
  • Strong understanding of finance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and commercial performance
  • Experience operating at Executive or Board level, influencing strategic decision-making
