Job Description:

Working as part of a specialist property team, you will handle a broad range of commercial and agricultural property matters, acting for a diverse client base including landowners, farmers, developers, and business owners.

Job Responsibility:

Sales, purchases, and leases of commercial and agricultural property
Rural estate management and diversification projects
Secured lending and property finance
Development work, including options, promotion agreements, and overage
Advising on rights of way, easements, and environmental issues

Requirements:

A qualified solicitor with experience in commercial and/or agricultural property
Strong technical knowledge with a commercial mindset
Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships
Keen to contribute to the firm’s continued success and development
