A leading law firm in Shropshire is seeking an experienced Commercial and Agricultural Property Solicitor to join their expanding team. The role includes a blend of Commercial Property and Corporate work, with opportunities for professional development, hybrid working, and a supportive workplace culture. Job Responsibility

  • Manage your own caseload independently
  • Advise clients on a variety of Commercial Property and Corporate matters
  • Utilize the case management system (ALB)
  • Draft legal documentation in line with relevant case law and SRA regulations
  • Provide exceptional client care in line with standards
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients

Requirements

  • Qualified Commercial and Agricultural Property Solicitor
  • At least 3 years PQE
  • Passionate about business development
  • Proactive in building strong client relationships
  • Contributing to the ongoing success of the team

Nice to have

  • Business development skills
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
