Job Description:

A leading law firm seeks a Commercial and Agricultural Property Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their expanding team, offering a blend of Commercial Property and Corporate work. The role includes hybrid work flexibility, competitive salary up to £65,000 DOE, and professional growth opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Manage caseload independently
Engage in business development to attract work into the department
Advise clients on Commercial Property and Corporate matters
Utilize the case management system (ALB)
Draft legal documentation in compliance with case law and SRA regulations
Provide exceptional client care
Build strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years PQE in Commercial and Agricultural Property Law
Ability to manage caseload independently
Proficiency in case management systems (ALB preferred)
Expertise in drafting legal documentation
Strong business development skills
Exceptional client care capabilities

Nice to have:

Experience with corporate matters
Passion for business development
Strong relationship-building skills with clients
