A leading law firm seeks a Commercial and Agricultural Property Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their expanding team, offering a blend of Commercial Property and Corporate work. The role includes hybrid work flexibility, competitive salary up to £65,000 DOE, and professional growth opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage caseload independently
  • Engage in business development to attract work into the department
  • Advise clients on Commercial Property and Corporate matters
  • Utilize the case management system (ALB)
  • Draft legal documentation in compliance with case law and SRA regulations
  • Provide exceptional client care
  • Build strong relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years PQE in Commercial and Agricultural Property Law
  • Ability to manage caseload independently
  • Proficiency in case management systems (ALB preferred)
  • Expertise in drafting legal documentation
