Job Description:

Our client, a community bank in the Hastings, Nebraska area, is looking to hire a Commercial Loan Officer to join their team. The individual will inherit a few existing credits but must also have the ability to generate new business independently. The branch currently holds $30 million in commercial and ag loans, so the ideal candidate will have experience in both sectors, strong business development skills, and a desire to contribute to the bank’s continued growth in the community. There will be room for advancement with retirements coming up in a few years and the banks vision to expand into new markets. This is a chance to work beside two seasoned loan officers with a passion for banking, helping customers, and mentoring staff.
