Job Responsibility:

  • Lead analytics initiatives to drive strategies on multiple growth priorities
  • Drive automation and ongoing improvements of analytical frameworks
  • Identify areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction

  • Lead insights generation by integrating multitude of secondary data sources and engaging several Commercial Data and Analytics (CD&A) colleagues to develop a comprehensive understanding of the obesity market and provide tactical recommendations
  • Develop positive relationships while working cross functionally with marketing, finance, the broader CD&A team, and other partners to develop and communicate assumptions based on secondary data analysis and partner input
  • Provide senior leadership with an objective and rigorous perspective on secondary data analytics and performance management

  • With limited supervision, provide analytical support to the cross-functional team supporting general medicine
