We are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining the data models and reports that power commercial decision-making across the Group. A key part of this role is driving efficiency – automating and streamlining existing reports, improving data processes, and optimising how we deliver insights to the business. A further focus is extending our data horizon by integrating marketing and finance data sources to broaden reporting capability. You will work in cross-border teams and build strong relationships with operational and commercial Finance teams across the Group.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain scalable data models and datasets for Power BI, integrating multiple data sources (e.g. commercial, marketing, finance)
Ensure data quality, consistency, and auditability through validation, reconciliation, and documentation of data flows
Drive efficiency through automation and AI-supported data transformation, validation, and anomaly detection
Manage and optimise Power BI environments, including datasets, refresh processes, performance tuning, and access control
Provide ongoing reporting support, resolving data issues and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance datasets and reporting capabilities
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in commercial analytics, BI, or analytics engineering
Strong end-to-end data skillset, from SQL-based modelling to Power BI report delivery
Proactive, independent problem solver with the ability to investigate data issues across the full pipeline
High attention to detail, especially regarding financial and sales data accuracy
Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work with non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships
