Requirements:

University graduate or higher
3-5 years or more of professional experience
Native to business-level Japanese
Excel skills (creating lists and formats / SUM function, AVERAGE function, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF function, etc.)

Nice to have:

2-3 years of experience in sales planning, sales promotion, or business promotion organizations, working on productivity improvement
Intermediate or higher level of English / Experience in explaining, troubleshooting, and presenting in English communication
Experience in analyzing management figures, deriving insights, and making proposals and improvements
Experience working in a complex matrix organization of a multinational company
