Job Description:

This role supports global commercial operations through data-driven insights, system management, and strategic analysis. You will play a key role in enhancing distributor performance, improving commercial reporting, and supporting the development of market strategy. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams to drive meaningful commercial outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system within Salesforce
  • Maintain and optimise Salesforce CRM data accuracy across international markets
  • Build and manage dashboards, workflows, and reports to support distributor and sales operations
  • Act as the key liaison between commercial teams, IT, and external partners for system enhancements and integrations
  • Produce regular commercial and financial reports, including sales performance, KPIs, and market analyses
  • Analyse global trends, pricing data, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities
  • Support forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking across multiple regions
  • Deliver ad-hoc analytical insights to support decision-making
  • Work closely with regional stakeholders to monitor distributor activity and assess performance against targets
  • Provide insights on market coverage, pipeline conversion, and stock levels
  • Contribute to the creation of commercial strategies and the preparation of business review materials
  • Support monthly financial reporting processes
  • Maintain accurate commercial datasets related to market share, turnover, and margins

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial analytics, business development, or a data-focused role
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM -experience building reports, dashboards, and workflows is essential
  • Advanced Excel skills, with ability to work confidently with complex datasets
  • Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator able to present complex information clearly
  • Commercially focused with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Collaborative, proactive, and highly organised
