Job Responsibility

Design, maintain and automate activity reports and dashboards in partnership with Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to support strategic decision-making

Conduct market studies and sizing analyses to identify trends and prioritize commercial development opportunities
Enrich and optimize data quality (leads, contacts, accounts) in CRM systems using AI-powered tools to improve sales tracking accuracy
Train and coach Business Development, Sales, and Account Management teams on lead management tools, professional networks, and outbound strategies
