This role is within our Cambridge Commercial Agency Team working within a multi-disciplinary office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with presentations to new and existing clients on the services Eddison’s provide
  • Assist on the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions which support the Clients core business, plans, and objectives
  • Work closely with external parties such as project managers and fit-out contractors ensuring a smooth and seamless process
  • Working with management to improve team processes and consistently updating them with significant deal information
  • Working with the Operations and Technology departments on new ideas to improve internal systems
  • Hosting market events
  • Collaborate daily with the Business Development team on all opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experienced Commercial Agent with at least 1 years' experience
  • Proficient using Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience using CRM systems
