Job Description:

Airswift is seeking a Commercial Advisor I to support our client’s lubricants business in Vietnam. This role focuses on strengthening distributor networks, enabling sustainable commercial growth, and supporting market development activities in the 4W and B2B sectors. The position reports to the Distributor Business Consultant and requires extensive engagement with local distributors and end‑users.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with distributors to drive sustainable growth through disciplined stewardship (sell‑in, sell‑out, inventory, marketing execution)
  • Develop reseller networks and support onboarding of new distributors
  • Conduct regular market visits for pricing validation, competitor analysis, and market intelligence (4W & B2B sectors)
  • Identify non‑competitive areas and formulate actionable improvement plans
  • Support commercial data analysis, forecasting, and scorecard submissions
  • Develop a pipeline of potential future distributors/resellers
  • Partner with sales advisors to strengthen 4W and sector specialist capabilities
  • Collaborate with distributors to drive sustainable growth through disciplined stewardship (sell‑in, sell‑out, inventory management, marketing deployment)
  • Support onboarding of new distributors and resellers
  • Be present in the field to develop and nurture reseller networks
  • Identify non‑competitive areas/sectors and design actionable improvement plans
  • Ensure timely submission of all distributor, B2C, and sector scorecards
  • Ensure timely monthly forecasting and order submissions (1H of each month for M+1)
  • Conduct market visits to gather insights on pricing, product positioning, and competitor analysis (especially in the 4W sector)
  • Validate market pricing through independent studies, ensuring competitiveness
  • Understand and map the 4W network of POS—coverage effectiveness, numerical & weighted distribution
  • Support development of strategies to grow sustainably toward the 2030 volume ambition
  • Provide data churning and analytics support to the sales team
  • Develop a pipeline of potential distributors and resellers for future expansion
  • Offer stewardship and capability support to existing distributor networks
  • Work with sales advisors to enhance 4W and sector specialist competencies
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert to advise on commercial practices and strategies
  • Contribute to operational assessments, commercial practice improvements, and prioritization of commercial opportunities
  • Provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Vietnamese
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in lubricants industry (preferred) OR 2–3 years in commercial / sales / distribution roles
  • Experience dealing with distributors, resellers, or B2B customers
  • Available to start April 2026 (target 08 April 2026)
  • Willing to travel within Vietnam up to 50%
  • Willing to travel for 3‑week trips when required
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Strong field engagement skills

  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Data analysis / data churning familiarity
