Job Description:

Ultra Maritimes Commercial function is responsible for negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise in the management of contracts made with customers, vendors, partners or employees. The Commercial Administrator provides support to the business and commercial team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provides support to the business and commercial team
  • General office management
  • Invoicing
  • Order loading
  • Data entry
  • Processing Agreements
  • Speaking with customers
  • Assisting other people within the business
  • Clerical work (including maintaining records and entering data)

Requirements:

  • May be required to maintain security clearance
  • Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role
