Job Responsibility:
Monitor and manage daily work activities using the IT system
Administering subcontracts
Supply chain management – Scoring linked to reviews/ Payment Applications
Cash collection
On site material auditing, cost control, subcontract and purchase ledger
Assist with producing client quotes
Raising PO’s for subcontractors and suppliers
Assisting with supply chain onboarding & procurement
SharePoint administration
Requirements:
Good level of education
Competent in all aspects of administration tasks and have good organisational skills
Strong administrative skills and ability to operate a computerised database system (ideally coins)
Experience in working with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access)
Ability to work to deadlines and strong communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience gained within a social housing environment is advantageous
