Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a proficient understanding of various Microsoft office software. Candidates will have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, conscientious and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience within a similar administrative role.

  • Inputting of works information to ensure payment
  • General administration of works information
  • Data analysis
  • Reviewing photos and auditing measures
  • Assisting with the compilation of weekly applications for payment
  • Carry out any other duties appropriate to this position

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
  • Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Accurate and timely provision of information
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office suite
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
