Job Description

We are looking for a Commercial Administration Specialist to support the Sales Department through rigorous and efficient administrative management of sales operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for document control, payment tracking, CRM updates, and commercial customer service within the resort’s sales department.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide commercial customer service, both by phone and in person, to clients in the Real Estate sector
  • Prepare, review, and archive sales contracts for real estate assets
  • Manage and track payments and the invoicing process
  • Update and maintain the CRM with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Control, classify, and organize all commercial documentation
  • Provide comprehensive support to the team in monitoring ongoing sales operations
  • Manage and resolve administrative issues related to the commercial area

Requirements

  • Background in Administration, Commercial Management, Business Administration, or similar
  • Previous experience in administrative roles within commercial departments (ideally in Real Estate, hospitality, or related sectors)
  • Strong command of office tools and experience working with CRM systems
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of working effectively as part of a team

Nice to have

Basic knowledge of real estate sales processes and associated documentation
