Job Responsibility:

  • Support the team in daily commercial planning and coordination work
  • Help prepare and update briefs, working files, timelines, and presentation materials
  • Follow up on routine tasks and support communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and sharing information related to campaigns and commercial activities
  • Support meeting preparation and follow-up on agreed actions
  • Support other ad hoc tasks based on business needs

Requirements:

  • Interest in retail and commercial activities
  • Organized, careful and comfortable handling routine tasks with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and enjoy working with others in a team
  • Able to use basic office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Responsible, willing to learn and able to support the team in daily operations
  • Good Chinese communication skills required
  • Basic English reading and writing skills required
  • Experience in office support, coordination work or retail is an advantage, but not a must
